Suspect arrested in
business incident

A man has been arrested at a business after allegedly punching an employee, damaging merchandise and threatening to return with a gun, police said.

The incident happened around 4:30 p.m. Saturday in the 900 block of Lincoln Avenue, Police Sgt. said Raúl Aguilar. Daelen Oden Adaire, 40, of San Rafael, was incarcerated in Marin County Jail on suspicion of assault and battery, criminal threats and property vandalism.

Morning temperatures
could drop in 30s

The National Weather Service forecast cool mornings for parts of Marin Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

The agency said “the unsheltered and marginally sheltered population could be affected” by temperatures falling between the mid-30s and low-40s.
