(Washington, DC) – Detectives in the Metropolitan Police Department’s Fourth District are asking the public for assistance in identifying a suspect in reference to a robbery (force and violence) offense that occurred on Friday August 13, 2021 in Block 4600 of Georgia Avenue. , North West.

At around 6:30 a.m., the suspect approached the victim at the indicated location. The suspect forcefully grabbed the victim’s handbag, causing the victim to fall to the ground. The suspect then fled with the victim’s belongings.
